Svihl drug charges

DCSO charged Samuel B Svihl (27) of Wahpeton Iowa with drug charges after a traffic stop and home search on Dec 18, 2011.  Svihl was stopped for a traffic violation on West St. in Wahpeton.  Deputies then conducted a consent search at his residence in the 1300 block of Kansas Ave in Wahpeton.  Controlled substance believed to be marijuana and paraphernalia were found and seized.  Svihl was cited into court on a later date on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

All persons are innocent until proven guilty
