Lange arrested for paraphernalia

DCSO arrested Jacobi Steven Lange (19) of Estherville IA on Dec 18 2011.  Lange was a passenger of a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation on Hwy 9 in Spirit Lake.  A Sheriff's Deputy smelled burnt marijuana inside the vehicle.  Lange was found to have a marijuana smoking device on his person.  Lange was booked into the Dickinson County Jail for possession of drug paraphernalia.
