Vale arrested on drug charges

DCSO arrested Ethan Vale (22) of Spirit Lake early Sunday 11-13-2011 in Arnolds Park. Vale was arrested on a traffic stop when a vehicle search turned up plant material believed to be marijuana. Vale was booked into the Dickinson County Jail on the following charges:

• Possession of a controlled substance
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Driving under suspension
• Speeding
