 Carolyn Noll arrested on drug charges
DCSO arrested Carolyn E Noll (46) of Spencer IA on 7-3-2010. Noll was stopped for a traffic violation in Arnold Park IA. Her vehicle was searched after the Spirit Lake Police K-9 unit indicated on the car. Noll was booked into the Dickinson County Jail for Possession of a controlled substance - Methamphetamine- and Paraphernalia. Noll was cited for an expired drivers license.
DCSO thanks the Iowa State Patrol and Spirit Lake K-9 unit for their assistance on scene.
