 Several Drug charges at Prairie lake
DCSO charged five individuals at an incident at Prairie Lake WMA east of Arnolds Park on June 5
2010. The Sheriff's Office was notified of a gathering at Prairie Lake. Deputies investigated
and found some of the individuals to be in possession of controlled substances. DCSO charged
the following:
Johnathon Neighbors (21) of Maryville MO
Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (to wit: marijuana)
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Michael Smith (20) of St. Joe MO
Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (to wit: marijuana)
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Brian Josephson (21) of Albert City IA
Possession of a controlled substance (to wit: marijuana)
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Casey Meyer (20) of Chanhassen MN
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Zeke Barnett (21) of Maryville MO
