 Knutson arrested on Intox and drug charges
DCSO arrested Jack Knutson (40) of Milford Iowa on May 28, 2010 at approximately 11:34 PM.
Knutson was arrested on 19th street in Spirit Lake near the Courthouse. Knutson was found
to be in possession of a controlled substance believed to be marijuana. He was booked into
the Dickinson County Jail on charges of public intoxication and possession of a controlled
substance.
DCSO thanks the Spirit Lake Police for their assistance on scene.
All persons are innocent until proven guilty.
