 Brooks arrested on drug / driving charges
DCSO arrested Isra Anthony Brooks (24) of Spirit Lake May 21, 2010. Brooks was arrested
after a search on a traffic stop in Milford showed him to be in possession of controlled
substance and prescription drugs. Brooks also gave a false name.
Brooks is charged with:
Possession of a controlled substance - marijuana
Unlawful possession of a prescription drug
Providing false information
Driving while barred
Driving while revoked
Failure to have insurance
Failure to have SR 22 insurance
Driving while suspended
Brooks was booked into the Dickinson county jail. DCSO thanks the Milford Police Department
for their assistance on scene.
All persons are innocent until proven guilty.
