 Singe vehicle injury rollover accident
DCSO investigated a single vehicle accident 1-22-2010. The accident occurred at 10:04p in
the 2700 block of A-34. Josie Krivolavy (30) of Milford was westbound on A-34 driving a 2002
Chevy Trailblazer. Krivolavy was driving too fast for conditions and lost control of the vehicle.
The vehicle rolled after hitting the shoulder and went into the ditch rolling 1.5 times coming to
rest on its top. Krivolavy was transported to LRH by Ambulance with non-incapacitating
injuries. There was an estimated $10,000 damage to the Chevy.
